Festival of Heroes Ltd understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our site and books with us.

What personal data do we collect and why?

We collect your name, address, email address, and payment details when you book with us. This is for the purposes of processing your ticket booking, to send you information about the event that you have booked for, and to notify you of future Festival of Heroes events and offers. Where you have given your email address via our online newsletter sign-up form, we use this information to keep you up to date with Festival of Heroes Ltd events and offers as requested.

Where bookings have been made via a third party agent such as an alternative online ticketing website, customer bookings including names, addresses and emails are made available to us in order that we may process your ticket booking. This is done in line with their individual privacy policies and the data is used for the purposes of completing your ticket booking only.

Where bookings have been made for the 2022 event, the name and phone number of the lead booker may be made available to NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace where this is requested of us. We will also collect details of other attendees over 16, who didn’t book their own ticket, and these records will be held securely for 21 days in line with Test and Trace guidelines. Under what conditions are we processing your data?

As data controllers when we use your name, address, email address, and payment details to process your ticket booking it is for the purpose of a contractual obligation for us provide the service that you have requested.

When we use your email or postal address to send you direct marketing messages it is for the purpose of a mutual legitimate interest in order that you may be notified of future Festival of Heroes Ltd information that may be of interest to you, such as confirmation of upcoming event dates and when the lowest ticket prices become available.

Who will we share your data with?

Festival of Heroes Ltd will never share your personal data with third-parties who intend to use it for their own purposes without your consent.

When you book on our website you are offered the option to sign up to the mailing list of our charity partners,  RAFA, MIND Norfolk & Waveney and The Dad’s Army Museum. Where you have given consent for this to happen, we will pass your name and email address to RAFA, MIND Norfolk & Waveney and The Dad’s Army Museum so that they may keep you informed about their important work supporting their communities. The data we pass to them is used in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

How long will we keep your data for and where? How do we keep it safe?

When you place a booking with us we keep the details of your booking (concert venue, concert date, number of tickets, ticket types, amount paid, contact details used) stored on a secure server indefinitely unless you contact us to request that we remove them.

We do not have access to your payment details.

How can you find out what personal data we are using and / or request that we stop using it?

There are several rights granted to you immediately upon providing us with your personal information; we’d like you to know that the Festival of Heroes Ltd  take your rights seriously and will always conduct ourselves in a way that is considerate of our responsibility to serve your legal rights.

If you would like access to the data we have about you, we ask that you make this request by contacting us using the details below. You also have the right to request that we erase all data.

We send approximately 6 emails per year with news and offers relating to future Festival of Heroes Ltd concerts. For customers without e-mail, we send 2 postal mailings per year. Should the time come when you no longer wish to receive email or postal notifications from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of our email messages or you may request that we cease sending emails or mailings by contacting us using the details below.
